Been doing some work with seasonal berries and what’s best in the winter are gorgeous blueberries and blackberries. I’ve done some baking recipes that are all low fat so hopefully some of you Cook Yourself Thin fans will find them useful, but even if you’re not into dropping a dress size, they are all naturally low in fat so packed full of flavour. I hope you enjoy!

Hi gizzi , i was watching your cook yourself thin programme i think its great and very intersting but i cannot seem to find the recipe that i saw on your show , it was crispy potato skins with a fresh chive dip would you be so kind to tell me the recipe please because i want to cook it for my mum and me thank you xx
