So it’s 2010 people! Happy new year all you lovely people. Sorry for lack of blogging over Christmas. Really needed the downtime with my family but I’m back and I’m totally psyched about this year. It starts with a bang as I have a mini series I filmed with ‘This morning’ starting tomorrow, Tuesdays, for the next 6 weeks, then pretty much straight into my book coming out in March.Â
So my mini series on ‘This morning’, is a modern day cookery techniques show. Think Delia with a bit of Edge. I’ll be showing you how to do stress free cookery skills, (pastry, pasta, bread, meringues, sauces ect) and then giving some fresh modern ways of demonstrating how to use your new found skill. I believe it is starting with pastry. I’d be interested to know what you think… (Be nice) xx

Thanks for your feed back guys. I believe the recipes are up now too Christine, but I will be shooting them and they should start going up on the site by the end of the month.
Gizzi on January 7th, 2010 at 12:44 pmHi, I tried your classic shortcrust meat pie shown on GMTV this week. Having never made a meat pie before was suitably inspired to have a go and must say was really pleased at how well it turned out and tasted really good. Thank you Gizzi for recipe and shall definitely be doing this one again. Delicious.
Helena Bayliss on January 7th, 2010 at 10:29 pmHey Gizzi,
just wanted to say that I am loving your pieces on This Morning - you made the bread look so easy, I hope it goes smoothly for me when I attempt it this week, have never made bread before!!
Just want to add that I also love your column in Company and have just preordered your book on Amazon! Can’t wait for it to come out!
Also - how do you get your hair so perfectly beehived?!
