So its started and all with THE most hilarious montage. Noone wants to see themselves stuffing there gobs in slow motion! Kind of wanted to die on the spot when I saw it!

So it kicked off today with my super-duper sausage rolls. They are special as they are stuffed with ketchup and chutney and just really scrummy. If you have never made them before then you should have a go as a fresh sausage roll it such a treat. Not like the frozen rubbish your probably used to. I sometimes serve them with gravy, mash and peas for a real treat! Not very CYT I know but once in a while it has to be allowed.

So tomorrow Im doing my rosemary infused millionares shortbread, which is probably one of my signature dishes so I hope you like it.

Anyway, over and out for now. xxxx

Hi Gizzi, I really loved you on This Morning, last week I watch Gino and was gutted that his week was over but then Eamonn and Ruth announced that you’d be on the following week! I really want to try those sausage rolls especially with mustard as you suggested. You were great! :)

Hi Gizzi
Google “Glamorgan Sausage” a veggie option, I can’t believe I’m telling you this, as I’m the worlds biggest carnivore and I eat to be fat!!

Hi there Gizzi!

Great looking website btw :-)

Sorry to bother you but wondered if there was any chance you would like to contribute a recipe to a book one of my friends back home in Scotland is in the process of putting together in aid of Breast Cancer Care?
Many thanks and have a great day

Hi Gizzi,

I made your Earl Grey and Banana Bread recipe on the weekend and it was delish!

Only thing, the recipe here on the website does not list baking powder in the ingredients, but in the recipe says to add baking powder. I added a teaspoon as that seems normal, but could you please claify the recipe?

Thanks, can’t wait to try some more of your recipes, that was the first and will be a stayer!

Hi Gizzi,
Just been watching Cook Yourself Thin on 4OD an wondered if I might ask which microplane grater you’d recommend? I’ve never heard of them before and have no idea where to look.

Any help appreciated- thanks so much.

Hi Gizzi

Am going to give your one pot a go today (Thursday 06 Jan) it looks absolutely beautiful and so warming.

I never caught whether you used water or milk in your dumplings though, Could you or someone help me out and let me know which please?

Thanking you and keep it up,
Tracy
