It’s basically my way of showing you how to make light work of some of those scary skills by showing you step by step ways of doing them so there is not a hope of you messing them up. Each month I am going to add a new ‘skill’ to the section and 3 delicious ways of utilizing your new found skill. I’m looking at it as an online cookery course. I want feedback, your own recipes and pictures too so that I know how you’re getting on. I hope that together we can share a bit of kitchen magic and quash all of your cookery fears for good!
